Sorry no picture, I ate them all!
Cream together:
1/2 cup soft butter
2 cups sugar
Beat In:
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
Then Add:
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
dash salt
Pour into jelly roll pan (cookie sheet) and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Cool completely before frosting.
Frosting:
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup soft butter
4 oz cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
*Notes: I just use however many brown bananas I have laying around. I don't measure 1 1/2 cups. I also mash them with my hand mixer, works great.
I also have never measured my powdered sugar, 4 cups seems like a lot to me, I just dump it in until it looks good.

Thanks a bundle! Guess I should have gone to the gym today. Maybe tomorrow. I will for sure eat the whole pan, if Belle will let me near it.
