Enchilada Sauce

1 1/2 T. Butter
1 1/2 T. Flour
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans water
1 T. chili powder
1/3 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
Melt butter in sauce pan on low heat, add flour and mix until lump free. Add tomato sauce, water, and seasonings. Cook until thick.

Use with any meat for yummy enchiladas!
